There is a ton of real estate blogs on the web today, this blog relates exclusively to real estate in the great state of Delaware. It more specifically relates to Sussex County real estate. There are only three counties in the state of Delaware and Sussex County has all of the beach cities and great real estate. The real estate market in Rehoboth Beach is absolutely on fire as of this week. Homes are selling left and right in Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, and Rehoboth Beach. Home buyers are moving to these wonderful beach towns because they are very beautiful and have everything you need. I am a real estate agent and I cover all of Delaware and its three small counties. I mostly sell homes in the Sussex County because more buyers are looking to buy houses there rather than in Northern Delaware. Although the real estate market in New Castle County is still going strong I sell more homes to people who are looking for a getaway house. Buyers love getaway houses and everyone wants a place to vacation at. The beach cities in Delaware have the most prestigious communities. For example The Peninsula Delaware is the most sought after community in Delaware. It has an amazing golf course and swimming pools that are unreal. In my other posts on this blog I will be talking to you about the Rehoboth Beach real estate market. I will also tell you about the Lewes DE real estate market. These real estate markets are so great right now that you would be at a loss not to get involved. Most of the houses in Sussex County are very beautiful but some of the homes do not meet my standards. I do not show or list houses that do not qualify to meet my standards. All houses must be amazingly stunning and have great value. Some of these houses are located right on the ocean while other homes have a beautiful bay view. Great New Terms For Real Estate.

I am trying some new terms for real estate that I will put at the end of this article. My real estate blog entries should be at least 300 words and no more than 500 words from start to finish. Recently my search terms for Google dropped in rank and I am trying to figure out why. So as a result I am writing more blog posts. In the posts I should be sure to mention the real estate market in Rehoboth Beach which is located in Sussex County, Delaware. The market is currently doing very well, especially in Lewes, Delaware. Houses are selling like hot cakes in the Dewey Beach area, and as a result buyers are paying more for the homes. The market in Newark, Delaware is on the steady decline while the beach area market is on the rise. It is very difficult to write and article about real estate and put exactly what you are thinking. Although I will try my best, I know that I will leave out some key points. I am also a straight to the point writer and as a result my articles are very short. This was a problem when I was at Goldey-Beacom College. My professors would make a paper be a mandatory 5 pages but my paper would only be 4 pages or so. Even though my papers were short I still would receive good grades because of the excellent content and descriptive words that I would use. I did not use a lot of filler in the papers I wrote. That is why writing an article about Rehoboth and Lewes Beach is getting easier to do. So now is the part where I give you my new search terms for Lewes DE real estate. I am also trying to format the terms for Rehoboth Beach real estate. And lastly I would like to try some terms about a great community called The Peninsula Delaware.

Find all real estate from condos, to expensive homes on the water. Rehoboth Beach is a great place to retire. There are so many activities in Rehoboth and Lewes. You can have a blast on the beach. You can also rent bikes and ride them on the boardwalk. There is also surfing, skim boarding, and boogie boarding. If you are into partying there is a town called Dewey Beach just minutes from Rehoboth. This town is packed full of bars. Some of these bars have live music. In Dewey there are always house parties after the bars close. You can rent a house in Dewey Beach very cheaply, and there is fun for the whole family in this town. They have a sand castle contest. This contest is to see who can build the best sand castle. Then there is Lewes, the oldest town in Delaware. I used to stay in Lewes and party in Dewey Beach. My cousin used to rent a house there. It was the best summer in my entire life. We would go to the bars from 10pm to 1am then we would have a house party. Everybody would attend these house parties. My family used to have a house in Sussex County. You could refer to this house as Sussex County Real Estate. My parents sold that house and bought another one in Lewes Beach Real Estate. I miss the house in Long Neck because it was right on the Indian River Bay. I spent all of my childhood summers there. We would ride around the neighborhood in golf carts. Around the 4th of July we would go around and light off tons of fireworks. My dog also loved the house in Long Neck. He would go swimming in the bay every single day. Now we take him to Cape Henlopen. It is a state park which allows dogs on the beach. He goes swimming in the ocean. After he gets done swimming he loves to dig in the sand. Cape Henlopen also allows you to camp there. You can build bond fires and roast marshmallows at night time. In the day you can fish. They have a peer which is a number one fishing destination. Off the peer you can catch many different kinds of fish including flounder. I know that after I retire I will be relocating to Rehoboth Beach!
